At age 29, Donn was named Chief Counsel to the beloved Chicago Cubs Baseball Team, where he was the youngest team attorney in Major League Baseball.
Donn started his career at Sidley & Austin in Chicago, focused on media, sports, and technology M&A and financing transactions.
He graduated from Miami University (Ohio) in 1985 with a BS in Finance and University of Michigan Law School in 1988. Donn created
the course “Real Business” which has been taught for over a decade at his alma mater, where he has served as an Adjunct Professor.

Peter Murray joined PFL as Chief Executive Officer in January 2018.
Peter is a senior sports executive and proven global marketer. He oversees all business operations, fighter roster, event management, broadcast production, original content, and marketing for the company.
Before joining the PFL, Murray served as VP Global Brand and Sports Marketing at Under Armour reporting to Founder and CEO Kevin Plank. In this role, he was responsible for category management of football, baseball, basketball, soccer, combat, and Olympic Sports.
Prior to Under Armour, he was Co-Founder and CEO of Insignia Sports Agency and EVP Marketing & New Business at William Morris Endeavor.
For 13 years, Peter was a senior executive at the National Football League (NFL), including leadership roles as SVP of Business and Content Development and SVP of Global Brand Partnerships.
Mark Leschly is a Co-Founder of PFL. He combines experience in sports with 25 years of management and
investment in technology-led businesses as a venture capitalist, founder, entrepreneur, and CEO.
Mark is the Founder and Managing Partner of Iconica Partners, a principal firm investing at the intersection of sports, media, and technology.
Mark is an owner and Managing Partner of Rho Capital Partners, a venture capital and firm with $2.5 billion under management.

Russ Ramsey is a Co-Founder of the PFL. Russ is a successful financier, educational leader, and philanthropist.
Russ is most known as co-founding Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group (FBR) in 1989, where he served as President and Co-CEO through leaving the firm in 2001.
In 2001, Russ founded Ramsey Asset Management, where he is presently Chairman, CEO, and CIO.
Russ currently serves as Chairman of the Greater Washington Partnership. He is also a member of the Council on
Foreign Relations and a member of the Washington-Baltimore chapter of the WPO.
Russ served on The George Washington University Board of Trustees for over a decade, including two terms as Chairman of the Board, overseeing the creation and staffing of the University's first investment office, playing a critical role in the University surpassing the $1 billion endowment threshold, and directing the Search Committee for the 16th President of the University.
Russ attended GWU on a baseball scholarship, where he is a member of the Athletic Hall of Fame and All-Century
