A two-time French champion in Greco-Roman wrestling, Anthony Salamone has won eight of his nine professional MMA fights thus far. After an unbeaten run at middleweight, Salamone made his light heavyweight debut when he made his first PFL appearance last year, dropping a decision to Will Fleury during the 2022 PFL Playoffs. Salamone earned his spot tonight after a first-round TKO of Daniel Ladero in March.

 

After dropping his professional debut bout in 2014, Jakob Nedoh has won six straight. He earned his spot on tonight’s card in his PFL debut, which took place on the March card, where he scored a first-round knockout of Riccardo Nosiglia.

Salamone fired off combinations early before the two got into a body lock against the fence. Upon separation, the two traded punches in the center of the SmartCage. Nedoh landed a jab that dropped Salamone, who recovered and tried to get to Nedoh’s back against the fence. Nedoh lands a combination that drops Salamone once again, and this one’s finished in just over 90 seconds!
